So this is like... one of the first things I've drawn since August of freaking 2006. Her name's Tari. She's a character of mine from a fun little RP I'm in during the weekend.
She's a psychic mech pilot. And an alien. Decided to draw her. Few days later, I stumbled upon a really cool, simple shading tutorial by  . Thanks, dude! I've been looking for something like that for a while. I really love olskool cel shading. It helped. The rest of her suit, not just the main purple bits, still need some shading love at this point. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
